Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy

Nonrefundable Ticket Purchase

All ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable, except as expressly stated in this section. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms prior to checkout.

Event Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that the scheduled event is canceled in its entirety (before commencing), the purchaser will automatically receive a $450 partial refund per $500 ticket. The remaining $50 of each ticket will be retained and distributed to the referring Chamber of Commerce as a referral and administrative fee in accordance with our partnership agreements.

This $50 portion is considered a nonrefundable service fee associated with community outreach, marketing, and Chamber partnership efforts.

Refund Processing Time

For any approved refunds under the Event Cancellation Policy, refunds will be processed and issued within forty-five (45) business days of the official cancellation announcement.

Postponement or Rescheduling

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued for postponements, rescheduling, or lineup changes.

Force Majeure (Acts of God)

In the event that the performance of the event is delayed or prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of war, terrorism, government order, civil commotion, pandemic, natural disaster, inclement weather, or emergency, the event organizer shall be excused from any delay or failure to perform under this policy. In such cases, the Event Cancellation Policy above may not apply, and the organizer reserves the right to retain the $50 nonrefundable service fee and determine, at its sole discretion, whether any partial refund can be issued, or if a credit for a future event will be offered.

Transferability

Tickets are transferable to another individual at no charge. To transfer a ticket, please contact our support team prior to the event date.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing, you understand and agree that:

Tickets are for a privately produced event.
All sales are final.
Refunds will only be processed in the specific cancellation scenario described above.
The $50 nonrefundable fee supports verified Chamber of Commerce partners and is not considered a donation.
