Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all events and related business activities hosted by Unforgettable Events, an S-Corp registered in Jacksonville, Florida (EIN: 39-4117069).

The sponsorship tier is priced at $500 in total, payable in full at checkout. Sponsors may also add additional attendees through a bulk or separate purchase. Each sponsorship includes tickets to a pre-event social with a bar with complimentary drink tickets, recognition at Reed Arena during the event, shuttle transportation from the social to the arena, and premium reserved seating at the concert.
Sponsorships are treated as business marketing and promotional expenses, which may be deductible as ordinary business expenses. Unforgettable Events is not a tax or legal advisor, and sponsors should consult their own professional advisors to determine the tax implications of this purchase.

A receipt will be automatically issued for record-keeping and tax purposes. Sponsorships are not charitable donations and therefore do not qualify for charitable contribution deductions.
All sponsorship purchases are non-refundable.

Sponsorships do not guarantee exclusivity within a given business category, and Unforgettable Events does not guarantee any sales, business results, or return on investment as a result of sponsorship. Event details, including date, time, performers, and venue arrangements, are subject to change at the discretion of Unforgettable Events. The company shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances outside of its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue closures.
By completing your payment, you acknowledge that this sponsorship is a business transaction between your company and Unforgettable Events and that you agree to the terms outlined above.
